Kevin McLane's guide book, "Whistler Rockclimbs" describes this as a, "Superb climb at the huge low-angle arete which rises out of the gorge". Well that sums it up but, what the guide book doesn't mention is it's a fine area for some very entertaining photography. Anyone who remembers the "barefoot Australian" on the cover of Mountain Equipment Co-op's Spring & Summer catalogue a few year ago will have an idea what dramatic photographic possibilities are available!
